Vanco Construction Inc just finished rebuilding and adding onto our amazing covered deck. Steve was great to work with, and so was his team. The communication is fantastic. Someone is always available (phone/text/email) making sure we are aware of all aspects of the project and usually anticipating and thinking of all the things we didn’t or couldn’t! His subcontractors were equally as great to work with. The professionalim was amazing and really takes a lot of the stress out of the equation. It was fun to come home everyday and see all of the progress the team had made. Our project was finished ahead of schedule and is simply beautiful. If you want a company that is honest, reliable, and truly manages expectations down to the micro details - Vanco Construction Inc is a no brainer.

Steve and his team recently wrapped up an addition and full kitchen renovation to our home this fall. This was our first experience with a major home renovation and we are thrilled with the result. Not only was the project done within the proposed timeline, but he remained within the budget and executed our vision perfectly. We hired Vanco Construction for our home remodel – this included stripping half our house to its studs, complete rebuild of the top floor, and renovation of our basement from raw into living space. Ken, the project manager, was a gem. He listened carefully to our needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the process. He promptly addressed our questions or concerns while managing the subcontractors. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are impressive. Brittany, the office manager, kept everything on track and on time. Steve was readily available, and his office was responsive. If anything, we needed to be on top of all our materials to keep up with his team! T

I recently used Steve and his incredible Vanco Team to do a major renovation on my home, including replacing ALL of my windows (in a contemporary home with windows everywhere!), a brand new bathroom, extensive painting, and refinished wood floors throughout the entire first level. Not only did they do a great job, but they got it done EXACTLY when I asked them to... just in time for a party I was throwing for a friend, and then Thanksgiving for a larger group of family and friends. Organized, friendly, and dependable -- I highly recommend Vanco, and would use them again in a heartbeat -- worth every penny!

We recently completed a major renovation of our early 20th-century home, which included adding 400 square feet, fully updating bathrooms, and redesigning layouts.
