I can see why they do NOT make Angie's List or the BBB list! If you want to make your neighbors and yourself mad use this company. This company is unprofessional. They told me they would take only 20 minutes of blocking my driveway and here it is 3 hours later. I cannot get into my drive to cook my dinner. To top it off they laughed!!! No one on this street was notified of them needing to block the street with 3 big trucks. The smell of marijuana was enough to notice. Called the police, the company and 311 to get these people to move their trucks!! Police should had ticket them but of course it is Cleveland, Ohio so NO Ticket issued!!! Cops don't even know the damn laws!

This company has been our GO TO for anything tree related for the past decade; despite their HQ being on the other side of town! Their team(s) have been kind, fast and great attention to detail with every job we have called them for. Definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a solid "tree team" in NEO. 5 star +!

Van Curen was fast, efficient, kind and very affordable. Compared to the other quotes we got for our tree removal, they were considerably lower. They came in, did the job, and left, and there was no indication they had been here (other than the stump remaining!) Totally impressed with this company. You will no doubt save money and enjoy working with everybody at Van Curen. Do your self a favor, and call them!

Four workers trimmed and took away the ground wood from a pair of branches from two sycamores. One branch was 14"-diameter and 20'-long. It was cut in sections that were removed with care, avoiding damage to the surrounding trees, shrubs, and stone sidewalk. The loose debris was raked, leaving nothing for me to clean up. I received three bids and while Vancuren charged over $400 less than the next lowest company, quality of service was the same or better.

Less than one star! I contacted them to remove a dead ash tree in my backyard. I was told they were 4 to 6 weeks out. At the six week mark, I reached out to them because I was not contacted. They put me on the schedule in a rush for the next day. No one ever showed. I was not contacted after that so I contacted them, they said they were sorry and somebody would be out the following day. Again nobody showed. Then I was told it was because another piece of equipment was needed. I was put back on the schedule and again, nobody showed this went on for another month and every time they were supposed to be out, nobody showed and I was never contacted. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. 2 months 18 emails and the tree still stands!! I told them to take me off the schedule. What a waste of
