Terrible customer service and follow up. I have used Van Duzer Mechanical for several jobs (Furnaces, hot water heaters etc….), I always paid my invoices on time. They used to be responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. This has changed recently, they are overpriced, not responsive and don’t follow up on their work if something goes wrong. Work quality has gone down as well. It’s unfortunate!!

overpriced, revengeful service. 2 people to replace bathroom faucets which we supplied and they were not very friendly and on their cell phone every time I checked on them. They charge $275.00 to walk in the door according to the worker. We had just had a death in the family and my husband was away, otherwise he would have been able to do it himself. $540.00 for an hour's worth of labor and parts (but we supplied the parts) which we wanted to discuss but no one replied to our calls to dispute the bill. As a result we stopped payment on the check and TJ called finally and was nasty, calling us racist as well as other insults and implied that we had done something similar before (which we did not as they have been very good in the past). We have used VanDuzer Mechanical for several different residential issues, and they also work on my commercial business location. We have had only excellent experiences with them. They call back in a timely fashion, they schedule quickly (sometimes even same day) and everyone we've ever spoken to is friendly and respectful and knowledgeable. TJ is one particular technician who has been to our house several times. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and honestly such a pleasure to deal with that we look forward to his arrival. He is truly a gem and you guys are lucky to have him!

I’ve used VanDuzer Mechanical in the past to install a gas pipe, and when I needed to replace my old oil furnace and AC condenser, they were my first choice. Once again, they did an excellent job! The team was quick, clean, and very professional. They completed the work efficiently, leaving everything spotless. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process. I highly recommend VanDuzer Mechanical for anyone looking for reliable and skilled HVAC services!

This company used to be great but after having them install a new HVAC system in my house they have become increasingly unresponsive to my requests to have the system optimized. This has been going on for almost two years now with them most recently ignoring my last two requests for service. This is extremely disappointing as I trusted them to install this new system which I paid a good amount of money for, only to be disappointed with the system and the service provided including the lack of responsiveness and ability to resolve my concerns.
