I was very impressed with the service! After my service call the company scheduled me for the same day assistance, which was a huge relief. They kept me updated and on when to expect the electrician and communication was excellent throughout. The electrician was professional and knowledgeable and quickly identify the problem as outside damage. He provided a temporary fix to keep things safe and running until ComEd could complete the permanent repair. I appreciate the clear explanation of the issue and the practical solution offered. The cost was very reasonable given the quality of service and peace of mind provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, professionalism and fair pricing. This was the third time that Iuse this company.
