Hired Shawn and crew for for a rental roof project through one of Indy's best real estate agents, Nick Cannon of EXP aka The Other Nick Cannon. Shawn literally handled everything from inspection, dealing with insurance (not to mention securing extra funds once more damage was discovered), ordering materials to a top notch execution. I got several estimates and ultimately went with VanHawk to remove my decommissioned chimney that was leaking and causing water damage in my attic/ceiling. I trusted them to do the work given how thorough they were in the estimate/assessment process. They were competitively priced. Shawn was the point man on my communications (I assume he's the owner, if he isn't he certainly handles business like he is!) - he was clear on next steps and timing and was flexible around my schedule. The VanHawk team was also great - each employee who was working on/in my house was respectful of my property, communicative, asked questions when needed to ensure the job was done to my expectations, and kind.
