ABSOLUTELY the worst. Large house in McLean that they installed about a year ago. Installation was a nightmare. Sales guy very friendly until I signed a contract and then became argumentitive on everything. Owner was worse! He even has in his contract that if you withhold payment he has the right to come into your house and rip out the floors! Now a year later boards are cupping and coming up. Owner says "your problem not mine".

Our non profit spent a large amount of money on flooring that we were promised could withstand high traffic. Less than two years later, it is completely falling apart. Vanover's will not return calls or emails.

Vanovers refinished our floors and they did a great job! The office staff, estimator, and the guys that did the floors were all very friendly. They worked with us on extra issues that popped up. Would recommend them.

Stay away! Stay far, far away from this company. The owner is highly unprofessional. I wish I had read all the terrible reviews before ever engaging with him. Absolutely terrible experience! Save yourself the heartache. So many better options for flooring out there!

I needed my hardwood floors refinished and I needed some custom made flooring to match my old floors. Vanover did a great job of refinishing and making and installing custom flooring and the price was better than buying off the shelf flooring. I would highly recommend this company.
