Vantage South End Parking

I parked there at 2 in the afternoon and left the following morning at 7 am and was charged $56 dollars! They "reset" their rates at 4am with a $28 daily rate. There was no one around to complain to, there's no phone number to talk to someone. Worst parking option in Southend.

We had our ticket validated after visiting sixty vines. The gate never opened. When we called the help button, the person that answer was very condescending. He told us the two options were to pay for the lost ticket fee (which the ticket was not lost) or to reverse. (This was not an option since there were cars in the deck.) I will never park in this deck anymore and will tell everyone else I know not as well. As a woman, I felt completely mistreated and taken advantage of.

Not that anyone reads reviews on parking but I was in the garage for 2 hours and 1 min. That 1 min cost me $4. Totally $20. Make it make sense. Their support team is terrible. They don’t answer emails and they are completely unhelpful. Avoid this garage at all costs.

This was horrible!!!. A vehicle that was several cars in front of me couldn’t get out the deck which caused a long line of cars to be late leaving the deck. A man came and took the arm off so everyone could get out. I tried to call someone who operates the parking deck but didn’t get a response. I’m just praying my card isn’t charged additional money.Vantage, Please respond to this, so I can contact your company. I couldn’t find any contact information.

Scam. Do not park in this garage. I paid and I have the receipt and transaction number and they said I'd have to pay a lost ticket fee because they can't find it. Absolute clowns
