I had an amazing experience working with Derrick and Shane at Varment Guard. They were incredibly professional and provided prompt clear communication from the beginning. My husband and I were referred to them to remove bat guano and re-insulate our attic. Varment Guard went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were able to start the job within a week and worked with us and accommodated a reasonable price and payment plan. First, we had some extra stuff to dump, so they provided us with a larger dumpster than necessary so we could dump our debris from another project. Then, when Shane sealed the holes around the house, we noticed he even sealed some areas that bats wouldn't necessarily get into. Drew, Travis and Bryan all came out to make sure our squirrely attic "squatters" were trapped ( humanely ) and completely evicted and unable to return.. I believe it was Drew who did the final repair and seal of the entry point and there's even a warranty for extra security.. they were all very kind, friendly and patient taking time to explain what they were doing and the process.. the final repair is AMAZING !! Also.. they came all the way down, every day, to Winona ( Minnesota) from up by the cities so It wasn't like they could quick pop in for a trap check.. so that was really awesome .. needless to say.. all is QUIET again .. and we are SOOOOO GRATEFUL!!! thank you a zillion times .. God Bless those guys!!..

Our technician was friendly and helpful but when it came time to repair the holes in our siding from a persistent woodpecker the paint used did not really match our home. It was a shiny paint and slightly darker color which would've been ok if it stayed on the same panel of siding that was repaired, but she touched up areas outside of that and now it looks a little weird. I can send photos if requested. I really hate to complain but the paint job does not look good. My house color is faded and not at all shiny. I would've matched to the current color and sheen.

Luke was a pleasure to work with……knowledgeable, competent and efficient. He found entry points previous searchers had missed. One of the points of potential entry was in a location I thought may have been too steep for his ladder. He said it would be “no problem.” I highly recommend his work.
