He has the tools, the knowledge and the skill set to be successful right away. After Tom and Jordan caught the first squirrel they returned several times more until they caught all TWELVE then he sealed the entry point to prevent entry by other critters. Tom and Jordan were wonderful to work with. They were very prompt and quick to respond on any questions and concerns I had. They called each time to explain what they had finished. They didn't send others out to do the job. Tom and Jordan completed all of the work needed to seal our house very thoroughly. They explained the process fully and in detail on what they would need to do in order to remove the wildlife safely. If I have problems in the future, I'll definitely call them again.

We worked with Tom and Jordon over several weeks to deal with a squirrel and bat issue in our ceiling. They were very knowledgeable and responsive to addressing our needs. Tom and Jordan promptly took care of a couple raccoons who appeared to be denning in my yard. They timely answered all questions I had and set up traps, picked the animals up, and reset traps effectively.
