We hired Varner Land Management to remove concrete debris, clear downed trees (a job started then abandoned by a previous company) as well as remove additional standing trees. David is professional, competent, caring and most importantly has a level of work ethic that you do not see very often. Circumstances allowed that he was able to look at the area needing clearing the same day we called. The only delay we had on this project was getting a dumpster on site (which is the landowners responsibility). David handled scheduling the next dumpster as the project progressed. I am so impressed with the service I received here, and I will definitely be sure to use them again for all my future needs. David was very knowledgeable and professional (and a good guy too). I was given a time frame to remove multiple trees and stumps and help clear heavy brush from my yard. I was amazed at how quickly this was resolved, and the rate was better than I expected, as well! If you have any issues caused from storms or simply not keeping up with yard work, then you should do yourself a favor and utilize this company.

David has done an exceptional job on our large scale project. He has transformed our land and I would highly recommend him. One thing that hat stands out the most is that he treats my property as though it was his own, he does the job right and makes sure you are satisfied. Great work!

We moved into our house a year ago - one of the things we loved about it was the huge backyard; however, it was totally overgrown when we bought it. There were simply too many bushes and brush for our girls to play in it - it was so overwhelming we didn't know where to begin. We hired David to come in and clear it for us, and I'm so glad we did. He was very responsive, and once at our house, he had our backyard transformed into an oasis that we could (and wanted) to hang out in within an hour.
