If you need to replace your roof, I highly recommend Josh Varner. When we contacted him, he came right out and checked everything out and got us scheduled within a week. His team was awesome. They had our roof and our neighbors done within a day and it looks great! He stands by his work and even came back to ask us if everything was ok, and said if we have any problems to please contact him and he will fix it. They do not fool around. Our church building was needing a new roof after many years of patching to get us through. Varner Roofing installed the TAMKO Titan shingles for us. During the process there were several rotted out boards that needed replaced so they took care of all that also. One section of the roof is flat and can’t use shingles there. It got repaired and used a different material to take care of the flat section. During the same time frame we had some HVAC work done and they worked well together making this large project go very smoothly for us. Highly recommend them as they were great to work with throughout the entire process and explained everything in a way we could understand. A job well done!

We had an insurance claim and ended up doing a complete roof replacement. Josh and his team were quick, efficient and thorough. They were there when I left for work and finished, cleaned up and gone for the day before I got home from work. He met with and worked with our insurance adjuster and made the entire process simple. From the 1st meeting with Josh to the end of the project, he was exceptional. When he came to the house with the contract, wasn’t pushy and trying to sell something we didn’t need.
