Varsity Zone HVAC of Springdale

We had a bird get into our dryer vent and die (RIP baby bird). We didn’t realize what had happened until we smelled the terrible odor. Chance and Brady came out, found the bird, sanitized our vent and saved the day! They were here within 24 hours and would have been here earlier if it wasn’t raining. Communication was excellent and they even disposed of the poor bird and offered to move our washer and dryer back into the laundry room for us.

Chance is fantastic to deal with, and has gone out of his way multiple times to help with a unit that has been problematic. Great communication and great all around guy, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

We had Varsity Zone come out and check on our heating system as we head into the colder months and they such a great job!! they were so thorough, efficient and professional. Chance was very knowledgeable about all things heat pump related and smart thermostats. These guys are honest people and will be my first call if anything comes up in the future. Highly recommend!!
