Unlicensed contractor.....A 3 day exterior house paint contract turned into 11 days, unfinished, took my money and came up with excuses to push my job aside. Flatly refused to provide me his business address. Quote has old address and would not provide me a list of unfinished work. At one point he asked me where the paint was. He sent his Best man from his wedding to finish up the job. He Said the job was finished after 4days. I have quotes now from "licensed/bonded and insured painters". It is a 2 -3 day job that requires resealing and repainting. Looks thin in several areas and shows evidence of rain wash. He never filled or cemented the cracks. He started painting "day one" and his co-worker taped/covered windows/fixtures. You can see ladder marks with the old color also. Hi
