He asked me some basic questions and said he would try to come by but let me know they has a handful of customers for emergency calls today and just wanted to be transparent ( which I appreciated!) Mike, Matt A, Matt H, and James were prompt, courteous, and treated our home with care—wearing booties, laying drop cloths, and keeping everything clean and organized as they worked. Beyond the professionalism, I was genuinely impressed by their attention to aesthetic detail. Every pipe, cable, and clamp was installed with precision—neatly aligned, cleanly bracketed, and thoughtfully routed, even around corners. Vaughan Comfort Services recently installed a new heater, air conditioner, and water heater in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The team—David, Anderson, Mike, and Jimaar—was extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. The installation work is exceptionally clean and organized, far better than the previous setup. Everything was explained clearly, and the crew made sure the entire process went smoothly. I went right onto Google because I had no idea which plumber to select so many other plumbers closer geographically to where we Steve arrived here and under an hour assess the problem, used a motorized snake and heater to thaw out the hose and within an hour or two everything was fixed, and I was about to rewash the load of laundry that I had to put to the side when the tub wouldn’t drain all in all we were very pleased with the quality of work, the friendly professional attitude of Steve and the overall presentation of the truck which was tidy and cleaned; Steve’s level of knowledge which was high; and the amount of time it took to complete the repairs all in all a terrific job!
