We couldn't be any happier with our experience and purchase with Vaughn's. They were prompt for every appointment - from measuring to installing. The counter tops are beautiful and blend in beautifully with our cabinets and decor. They even made a lazy susan out of the cut out.

Terrible customer service. The owner tried to accuse me of damaging my island countertop (which occurred after his workers “fixed” the seam). He then lied to me and tried to convince me the discoloration on a different seam was not from his workers grinding the quartz to make it fit but a vein in the quartz that was a straight line where the seam was.

I have never been treated so rudely by the office personnel of a company than I was by Vaughn Custom Countertops in San Angelo, Texas. Businesses sure have changed in recent times. It used to be that the customer was always right. There used to be a time when courtesy phone calls were made when the business couldn't make their scheduled appointment. Representatives of businesses used to be cordial and respectful to the customer. Not in this case with this company. I had an appointment scheduled for a measurement to be taken on my fireplace Wednesday, November 1, 2017. I gave detailed instructions to our ranch, and also gave my phone number AND a secondary phone number (my husband's) if I could not be reached. Decent pricing and several options of granite selections. However, I find their website and advertisement of services misleading because they dont have the capability to complete jobs due to a lack of qualified employees needed in several fields. NO woodwork/carpentry technician, tile/grout technician and plumber. If you require any of these services to aid in your countertop installation process, you as the customer are somehow responsible to find and hire persons within these expertise fields. We hired vaughn's to remove formica and install granite kitchen countertops and there were some serious snags and hiccups that warrant my rating from start to finish.
