Vaz Installs

I went through Home Depot for a fence installation, and Vaz Installs were the ones scheduled to do the job. I was very nervous at first because the job was to remove an old chain-link fence covered with old weeds, dead tree stumps, and random bricks under the dirt where the fence would be installed. They came to my house at 11:30am unannounced (which may or may not have been Home Depots fault) while I was at work. Luckily, my wife was home to turn on the water outside for them. When I got home, I walked with the lead worker and wanted to confirm step by step what was to be done, and he reassured me that the top sight line would be even. Just had “ Vaz Installs “ Do work at my house, they removed my old fence and replaced it with brand new vinyl Fence. I really don’t get all these bad reviews because these people are one of the best contractors I’ve ever done business with. They quoted me 4-6 weeks wait time to get my fence done and they actually had me all set up and done in about 3 weeks ( job itself took 2.5 days ) the guys came in and did PERFECT work, the employees were very kind and respectful and hard working ( specially Hector and the young kid ) They knew exactly what to do and I’m very very very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a fence done the right way!!!!

My neighbor is getting a fence installed by this company and the workers had no respect for the plants on my side of the property and flattened about half of my plants. When I approached them, there was no apology or acceptance of what they had done. I asked for a name or manager to complain to and they said Home Depot. I called Home Depot and they told me they are not responsible for their work since they only refer companies. What??? So I had to call Vaz Installs and all I got was the receptionist and she put me on hold and talked to the person in charge on the job and they said they would be more careful. Huh? They should have been more careful when they started the work not after I complained. Instead of stepping on my side when they were digging up holes and taking down and putting up

Didn't show up to scheduled appointment. When call them, they asked me to measure myself and send details. Glad , I just saw reviews. Not sure why homedepot prefer this vendor

I had great experience with this fence company. The workers were great and very Attentive to our need. Recommend this company to anybody looking to put up a fence. Extremely responsible company. Recommend them to friends and Family? Without a doubt.
