Horrible company. My roof, which never leaked before, broke through maybe a year after they installed an entirely new roof. Called the owner, said he'd get back with us, never did. Go to absolutely anybody else.

We had a roof installed a week ago. The company at first was great. They were responsive and could install the roof early and quickly. The roofers were the best part and we did not have a problem with them. The real issue is when they took our dish off the roof and placed it back on wrong. We called the company and requested for someone to come out to install it correctly. The owner stated “we do not install satellite dishes” well if you take it off my roof, then put it on right! She told us to reach out to Direct (who wanted to charge us $100). We requested again to have someone out. She ignored email after email.

Do not use this company, they put a roof on my house, the garage leaks and when I called the owner I had to use my neighbors address just to get them to come out!! When he came out he said he would come back when it rains, well it’s been 2 years and he still hasn’t came back!! Shady company and they did a horrible job on my roof!! Please do not use this company. Next is my letter to the BBB!! So sad that people just lie to you and never admit or come back to fix the problem!! My garage had so many leaks I had to throw away so many antiques! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

We hired Vazquez to install a new roof, siding, gutters and flashing. After the worst installation we have ever seen, they were called back out. The project manager, Joe Simms, admitted that the job was an embarrassment and agreed to redo the work. After having the materials delivered and dumped in the yard, he abandoned the job. No one will respond to us now despite the 5 year warranty and we have ceiling and hardwood floor damage resulting from leaks after the horrible roof and flashing installation. This company is an absolute joke and should not be in business. Save yourselves and your money. Go elsewhere for the work

terrible , nothing but a joke .. go else where are youll be doing it over .. other contractors wont follow their work for repairs
