I want to thank Johnathan, the owner, for providing me with a few extra cedar boards for my beautiful fence that his company installed. I love the fencing that they installed. I then had it treated and stained. A couple of boards were bending. Not sure why. I was able to replace them, thanks to the generosity and great customer service by the new owner, Johnathan.

Ordered in July. Paid in full (my bad) in August. They did not begin work until October. They major communication issues, both internally and with clients. I have edited this review because it made Audrey aware of the problems that they have. We are now only missing clamps. Audrey has done all she can. Because of the way all of this transpired, I cannot, in all good conscience, change the rating, but I do want to share that she is trying. They have some work to do on their end. Hopefully, they can turn it around.

I was not very satisfied with my experience. It took 40 days for the contractor to complete my fence, which is far longer than expected for a job of this size. The main delay was due to the contractor not ordering enough materials, which really should have been planned for in advance. The quality of the finished fence is acceptable, but the lack of communication and poor time management made the process frustrating. I hope they improve their scheduling and planning for future customers.

VB Fence was incredible to work with. They’re very friendly, professional and hard working. On top of that, they were very efficient and excellent with communication. They did fantastic job with my vinyl fence and I was blown away with how quickly it was completed. From start to finish the process was painless and I cannot recommend them enough!!!
