Thomas is extremely spiritual and honest man. Last year some offer company quoted 2,500 due to flashing gone, roof tiles missing, sent me pictures. But I wanted to call Thomas, you guessed it right. There was zero damage so the other company was sending me pictures of damaged roof of other party. Call him last, so you can compare it.
