I had a great experience with Vegas Born Roofing. My interaction was with Tommy Reiner, and he was completely professional and a pleasure to work with. The services provided were exactly as described and offered at a very reasonable price. Tommy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Vegas Born Roofing and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future roofing needs.

I contacted Vegas Born Roofing for a quote replace all the shingles on my roof and to repair any damage that was found. After receiving the quote from Chase I selected them to do the job. Their quote was much lower than than the other quote I had received. They were able to get started much sooner than anticpated due to a cancellation. Their crew of three made quick work of the job and each day they scoured my yard to clean up any debris. In total it took 2 1/2 days from start to finish. I am very happy with the job that was done and would recommend Vegas Born to others.

We have a long story to tell about Vegas born but we will keep it short. In the process of selling, closing when we had to make repairs on the roof for a couple things. Had 8 days to do so for the deal to remain with a timeline of about 4 weeks to get the roof work done.... Hector, Tommy understood and pulled it off in the 8 days needed to keep the deal alive! Even worked with me on payment. Not to mention a good price. Give them a call if you don't want to overpay for any roof work!!

I have used Vegas Roofing multiple times, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication between the front office and the back office appears to be completely disconnected. I spoke directly with one of the estimators, who told me the front office would contact me to schedule the work—yet that call never came. I then called myself to schedule and never received a return call. To make matters worse, multiple roof tiles were replaced with tiles that clearly do not fit. This was never explained to me prior to installation, nor was I informed of any potential issues. We now have a major roof leak, and Vegas Roofing is refusing to take responsibility. That is the very reason I have been repeatedly trying to get someone out to inspect the damage. Between the lack of follow-

I was having the roof inspected to purchase a home in NLV Jan/Feb 2025 and received a couple quotes for work that needed to be done. One was from Chase with Vegas Born Roofing; his inspection & quote was very clear with good pics and explanations for what I needed. The quote was very reasonable and I accepted. They started when they said they would start, the job was great! I feel they went above and beyond. AND I expected there would be added charges according to everything else I have dealt with here in Vegas but NO ADDED CHARGES! The schedule, the work, the results, the charges were exactly what they said they'd be! I will never need another roofing company as long as I'm in Vegas!
