Velero Construction

We had a major remodel done by Tom and his team at Velero Construction. Our project involved the conversion of our garage space into a residential unit and there were a lot of challenges along the way, including changing contractors and our engineer. Velero was a real pleasure to work with and I really appreciated how clearly they communicated and how they addressed the various obstacles we had to contend with. We were very pleased with the end result.

I had the opportunity to work with Tom for our church renovation project completed in early 2024. There are 3 positive things I want to share about Tom. First, he was kind and respectful to me throughout the process which made it a positive experience. Second, he was quick to respond when I had a question or concern. And last, Tom was patient and helpful to accommodate in our unique situation: I was the designer and brought into the design after the plans were drawn up. I requested to make many changes and Tom worked with me very well throughout the project.

My architecture firm used Velero Construction for a covered entry stair and restroom remodeling project. We found Velero Construction to be highly skilled, responsive and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Tom for other future projects.
