Velocity Water Restoration

We had a leak come from the dishwasher and it damaged the wood under the kitchen cabinets. Velocity’s water removal services were outstanding. They paid attention to every detail and worked until they were confident everything was fully dry. Their professionalism and thoroughness was great!

I had a water heater go in my finished basement resulting in water damage to the carpets, and limited damage to the drywall and molding. Within 30 minutes of this happening and giving John a call, he was there at my house working on clean up! John is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Over 4 days he dried my basement out using fans and a humidifier. He also sprayed to prevent mold, and was extremely diligent to track and document everything for the insurance claim. He even followed up to see how the claim was going. I sure hope I don’t have to call John again, but I’d 100% recommend him if needed!

Unfortunately no one was available around this rainy season we called velocity water restoration and he came out within an hour like we were having a full flood in our basement overflowing everywhere.
