I broke down out of nowhere with my 2 small children in the car on Hanes Mall Blvd. I was panicking! Once the tow truck driver, Josh, came he got my car started again right away but didnt stop there. I noticed how low I was on gas and was still nervous that the car would turn off on me again that Josh offered to follow me to the gas station and home. Even text me after I got home to make sure that my car acted the right way on the drive. Amazing company and people!! Will definitely recommend them to anyone else and use them for further needs. My water pump stopped working just before 5pm and I called Venable Brothers. The young lady who answered was kind and knowledgeable. She was able to schedule me for the next day, and the workers arrived at the time she said they would. They were kind and professional, diagnosed my problem quickly. Within an hour my water was running again. The cost was reasonable and what I was being charged for was clear. I highly recommend this company.

Venable brothers came out for a well inspection for our home we were selling (buyers set it up). They wrote up a huge report about all this stuff that’s wrong with the well, scared our buyers to death and caused a few extra days delay in our closing. Mind you, we had never had a single issue with our well or water. We ended up paying Raymond Brown to come out and do an inspection and re check everything and there wasn’t a single thing wrong… so please beware before contacting this company.

Called early on Monday morning and Mike Venable helped troubleshoot the problem with our pump switch over the phone. What may have costed hundreds of $, ended up being only $25 and an easy fix for me. Thanks Mike for being so helpful. I highly recommend this company!
