I received a >$2,500 charge on my credit card for parking under 2 hours which is supposed to be free. The system indicated it would text me after I entered the parking lot, then didn't recognize my car upon exit, and simply charged me $2,500? Now I have to spend my time disputing the charge.

Amazing! We used this machine when dining at a nearby restaurant. Everything was seamless and very user-friendly. You simply drive up to the machine, it records your license plate and asks you to enter your phone number. Shortly thereafter you receive a text and you can add a payment method. It even tells you an estimate of how much you'll have to pay. If it's been a while and you haven't added a payment method, it will text you again reminding you of the option to add a payment method. When I left the parking garage it scanned my license plate and charged my card. The arm lifted and we drove out. I received a receipt by text message. Love it! Wish they had it in California. Hope they bring it here!!!

Worst parking system ever, witnessed being stuck for hours because their system is down. No one can get in and out. Call agent hung up the call

Trying to find out why I’m being charged for parking close to midnight on a Tuesday when I’m laying in my damn bed!

They collect your license plate and phone number to park here and their privacy policy says that they can use it to market to you and share it with third parties.
