DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They did not hold up to the gaurantte of not paying unless happy with the service. The tech did not tell me or did not notice that my furnace filter was plugged and needed.replacing. This is usually the first thing checked when they start hooking up the HVAC ...he also missed vents and over charged me. I have had no luck with the person I booked.this thru in getting a refund or partial refund. All the get is excuses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
The service that I received from Vent Care was excellent. It was prompt, and the charge was fair. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs service on their vent system.
