Took a chance on VentDoctor based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did! They got back to me quickly and I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning within a week of my call. Austin, the technician that showed up, was incredibly nice and professional, and gave us some tips for light maintenance we could do between VentDoctor visits (every 2-3 years). Honest company with great techs, and great customer service. And their price is very competitive, especially when paying in cash. We'll be using them again in the future. Included some before and after shots. The grating was left by my roofing company when they replaced the roof, Austin was kind enough to remove it for us.
SO very impressed with our service. We were on the schedule within the week of submitting an online inquiry, and the cleaning service itself was very efficient. Pricing is fully transparent, with adjustments clearly noted at the time of booking for cash vs. card payments and one vs two-story homes. No bait-and-switch or surprises! John was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We’ve had our dryer for over 5 years and had never had the ducts cleaned (oops) — so seeing the before and after pictures and live videos was super satisfying and very informative! (Bonus: there was no prep work on our end as John handled it all). Vent Doctor will be our only call the next time!
