In February, my garage spring broke over the weekend. I called the following Monday, and they were able to fit me in that same afternoon. Owen and Joey were awesome and very thorough. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. This week, I called again to replace my garage door opener. Jocelyn helped me schedule the appointment at a time that was most convenient for me. She explained all my options in detail and didn’t push anything, which I really appreciated. Today, Owen installed my new garage door opener. Once again, he was great—helpful, timely, and he took the time to explain how the new opener works. Ventura County Overhead Door did a great job automating our gates. While there were a few installation challenges along the way that were outside of their control, they handled everything professionally and stayed committed to getting it done right. Daniel was especially excellent to work with. He was very responsive, extremely helpful, and went out of his way to make sure the process moved forward and that we were happy with both the products and the final installation. He stayed engaged through the hiccups, communicated clearly, and made sure nothing was left unresolved.

We moved into a new facility and needed motors installed for our roll‑up doors. Enzo at VCOD made the whole process easy from the start. The techs, Danny R. and Anthony, did an excellent job — professional, efficient, and great at explaining all the features and safety functions. I had a garage door system with a direct drive motor installed by VCOD about 10 years ago. After about 2 years, the door began to bounce and shudder about half way down, the motor would stop, and I'd have to manually reset it, which became a real pain. Despite a service call a few years ago to lube and adjust, the problem persisted. Admittedly it was outside the 1-year installation warranty at that point. I finally contacted Laura from VCOD and asked for their best technician to take a look - someone who REALLY understands how a garage door works so they can pinpoint the problem. Outstanding customer service. I have had my garage door, (installed by this company) for years. Accidentally deprogramed my keypad to get in and the door shut while I was trying to figure it out. Joey, who is a service person came out and within 40 minutes or so had the door open. Have to get a new panel, but that is on me totally. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the service with this company.
