Very positive relationship with this GC, as a site work subcontractor i had 0 issue with Venture Const. Absolutely wonderful to deal with, my Site Superintendent + Project Manager (Tim & Chris) were A+. Built a McDonalds in 2019

Id give Venture no stars but thats not an option...Id never do work for Venture again..There number one goal is too screw there contractors out of money for any and all there mistakes..Even there Project mangers ( Brad Beech) Is a COWARD that cant repspond to email or telephone calls when problems arrise. Thats is poor business skills...and i hope he eventually loses his job..He was even called out on it and all he wants to do is backcharge...Thanks for notice...At least when you backcharge some one it should take 3 months and final draw to drop this on you.. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.....
