Beware when buying and paying for ASSEMBLED cabinets from this place. They have no problem charging your credit card for assembly. But they wouldn't inform you personally and verbally that they can't exchange or return assembled cabinets. Spoke with the manager VICTOR and they are not willing to help at all - saying that it's company policy and signs are everywhere. But who reads signs everywhere when purchasing something? Bottomline is NOT very good customer service. Go somewhere else and pay a much higher price. Agent keeps saying that it's not him and it's not his fault. It may not be totally on him but it also partly his fault for not informing customer of the policy prior to charging credit card for assembly. Reasonable Price and Quality Cabinets. Manager Kishi and our Rep Mandy both are very helpful and problem solving staff. I placed a vanity order. It was out of stock. But Mandy produce it from kitchen cabinets with no extra charge. Thank you so much WeDo Cabinetry.
