I called to get a quote for my countertop and cupboards for my half bath, I was going to get multiple quotes, however by the time Carlos left I knew I wanted to go with him based on how comfortable he made me feel. The communication was great, and even drove with me to look at things together at the store. My job was not big at all and I know it didn’t bring in the company much money, but I felt like I was taken care of like someone who was spending hundreds of thousands on a project. We will definitely be using him on the rest of our projects when the time comes!
