They did such a great job fixing up our house after the hail storms this year. It was our first insurance claim as homeowners, and Nick and James were very knowledgeable and helped us understand the process and know what to look for! All the crews were very professional and respectful to our home. The roofers avoided our garden as best they could while removing and installing, and the window crew cleaned up around the install afterwards. I’m grateful we went with them for our first claim. They handled it really well, and we’ll call them again if something else should happen!

My roof looks great! They were even able to get my gutters and window shutters replaced. The weather in Arkansas has been far from friendly, so it’s been a huge relief that my house is now fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I am updating my review due to recent events. Mr Owens reached out to me to understand what happened. It was great to have some listen and resolve any issues. He promptly sent his technician to check and fix whatever might be the issue with my roof. —————————————————— I wish they improve their customer service. Their project manager or anyone from their company did not come by to inspect the work of their contractors. After the contractors did the work, the next call I got was about - when are you going to pay? No one asked whether the job was done to my satisfaction. (Had a leak.)
