We bought two complete kitchens for our houses from Vermont Custom through Classic Kitchens in Greenfield, one in the late eighties and the other in the early nineties. The superb quality of the American cherry cabinetry and the simple design attracted us then and continue to be a pleasant part of our daily lives. The European boxes construction optimized storage space and has made cleaning easier than traditional construction methods. Remarkably, the cabinets and the finish show almost no wear. We are grateful to the woodworkers whose skill we appreciate every day. Recently, we made the only update: we installed heavy duty full extension sliders on the drawers. This company is ran by a guy named Todd. And has gone downhill ever since. He purchased the company he acquired this cabinet company five years ago and still has no idea what he’s doing.. the shady things they do behind the scenes they should be ashamed of. This company is notorious for cutting corners and never meeting deadlines.. if I was you, I would get my cabinet somewhere else. Not worth the money they charge or the headache of them constantly coming back to repair your cabinets because they rushed them out the door and made of cheap products.

A year after purchasing a large quantity of premium and quite expensive cabinetry, they will not honor the wrranty. We now need to pay out of pocket to get the cabinetry worked on. Drawers out of alignment (in the fame) broken closing mechanisms and split wood. Don't believe their promises.
