Rick came out and pumped our septic tank this morning and he was on time and very professional. This is my first time using Vern Vallance, we’ve used another company the last three times we had our tank pumped. We’ll definitely be calling Vern Vallance again in three years to get our tank pumped again and hopefully we get Rick back. Keep up the good work guys!

I received a post card reminding me it is time to get the tank pumped (including the last date it was pumped) and as the new homeowner I was thankful to have a contact who'd come before. Sarah arrived within the projected window and provided kind, helpful service, going above and beyond what was expected. They pumped the septic and then helped to address an issue in the leach field after a very wet summer and more than 5" of rain just last week, providing peace of mind in what I feared would have been an expensive fix. I highly recommend Vern Vallance and am thankful for their help today!

Highly recommend!! Scott came to perform an inspection on the septic system of a house we are buying. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Scott happily answered all my questions, provided an informative pamphlet, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I learned a whole lot and I really appreciated the wonderful service.
