These guys are terrific. We have worked with the owners and other staff for at least a decade and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of their work. In recent years we’ve worked mostly with Nick Grace and Jake Palmer, two of the most competent plumbers we’ve used over our 30 years of renovations to four bathrooms, a family room, a living room and an office and a kitchen. None of them has ever left a mess after completing a repair or project, and they have also given us excellent advice on choosing plumbing products specific to each case. In short, my wife and I both highly recommend them for any plumbing or kitchen design needs you might have.

They took the time to carefully inspect the problem, even opening the wall to fully understand what was going on. After that, they provided me with a free and honest estimate. Once I agreed, we scheduled the work, which was done quickly and professionally. They worked cleanly and efficiently, leaving everything in great shape so I could easily repair the wall myself afterward. I really appreciated their transparency, skill, and respectful approach.
