VersaPro Restoration

Very satisfied with the work that was done. Everybody that came to my house was great. I was kept informed about everything anytime, I called or had any questions. They were responded to immediately. We recently used Versapro for restoration work in our master bathroom, and overall, it was a good experience. Steve and his team were great to work with—professional, accommodating, and attentive throughout the process. The project took about seven months to complete, which was longer than expected, but understandable given factors like other ongoing projects, county inspections, team availability, and scheduled vacations. Despite these delays, the team communicated well and worked hard to ensure quality results. They took care to protect our home as best they can by laying down plastic liners to avoid carpet damage and performed a thorough cleanup afterward. The project was completed and, to their credit, they did more than originally expected, which I appreciated. However, communication was lacking for much of the process and only improved after I raised concerns. I also felt the labor costs were higher than expected for the work performed. Overall, the job did get done and looks great.

Amazing people to work with! Helped me battle my insurance company to actually come out and see the roof damage (a tree fell through my roof) instead of guessing from the outside driveway. Everyone at VersaPro was super professional and the repairs were done quickly once the insurance company was on board. So grateful to Andrew Earp, Steve Owens, and everyone else for all they did!

The project manager was up front and honest about the timeline for work. Things were completed on time as promised. The project manager always replied to concerns or questions in a timely manner. My home was restored beyond my expectations.
