Versatile Builders and Church Roofing

Google reviews do not allow enough words to detail the odyssey I went on to get a roof through this company, so I will skip most of the frustrations I experienced. With that in mind, here is a long story shortened immensely: They were originally supposed to start my standing seam metal roof in early July. There were several promised/scheduled starts throughout the subsequent months where they simply did not show up. I had to call them to figure out what was going on. And an important point here to mention is that ghosted at least 9 out of 10 of my calls, which is scary when you have given them almost $10k downpayment and have been waiting months past their original start date. Just had my roof and gutters replaced along with some water damaged wood. The workers were professional, friendly, and well organized. Completed all the work in two days and we are very happy with the results!

I have seen a lot of roofs go up in my life and they have always been chaotic. When Church came out to roof our rental they were organized, polite and professional. Very impressed.

In all Honesty, we have worked with Versatile Builders for over a Decade, and though there have been those off moments and call backs, at the end of the Day, we have been able to walk away from every job satisfied. No Company can control every worker, and therein often is the issue, but if you have a complaint or an issue, Sean and his team really strive to make it Right! We highly recommend them.

Reliable and fast. Came out quick to patch a hole in my roof after a branch fell on it. Did great work too.
