Kendall and her crew did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the entire process from quoting, scheduling and installation. We’ve never purchased a roof before. Very thankful for Kendall’s expertise and guidance. We are thrilled with the result! .

Working with Kendall Ouwinga ( project manager) with Versatile Roofing Systems was terrific. I can’t say enough about her excellent crew and professionalism. From the beginning to completion of my roofing project there was always great communication . I have to comment on the workmanship of her crew. B6 10939 plate number is a horrible, dangerous driver. Witnessed him cut off morning drivers on m37 south, have video of him riding my ass!!! Totally unsafe drivers, what does this say about their work!?!? Unnecessary speeding and endangering people's lives to get to some job site in the dark in February... Class act I'll tell you what!!!! Integrity is free teach your employees respect for the public they work for!!!! I hope the owner gets ahold of me!!! Love to tell him how this concrete guy isnt putting up with bullshit roofers and their crap attitudes!!! If they treat the roadways like this how are they treating your home when working on it? Can you trust their quote? Is their work reputable? I'd pass and go with another ck.pany who have employees who care and law abiding citizens!!! Yo

Nate & his team did a great job clearing ice dams from my roof! They were able to arrive the same day to clear off the worst parts where I was having water drip into my house and came back the next day to finish off the rest. It took them just under 3 hours total to clear the ice dams and if they had cleared the entire roof it might have taken 4-5 hours. They got there just in time before everything started to really melt and saved me from having all that water pouring into my house!

Kendall Ouwinga and her crew recently replaced the roof on our home. They did an awesome job of removing old materials and replacing with new. Kendall was awesome in explaining the materials as well as how the job would be performed, the number of crew members to length of time on job. She was on target in all aspects! The only issue was weather related when a storm cloud passed directly above our home! There was a minor leak but the crew quickly took action with no major damages. The entire project was smooth sailing due to great planning and a crew that worked well together. One last thing…Kendall made a follow up visit to make sure the work place was cleaned up with minimal nails, roofing residue and materials left behind. Thank you for a job well done.
