Verta built a specialized foundation for my new home in a very wet area to my exact specifications and kept me involved in the whole project start to end. The owner is very responsive, friendly and professional. Most importantly to me, he is on the jobsite all day everyday with his workers. He works as hard as they do and supervises every aspect of the job. They don't use day laborers, but instead have a full time crew of actual full time employees. But most importantly to you, they were the cheapest of three masonry contractors I contacted (most in the area refuse to work in the winter), and seemed the most professional outfit with the most employees. Santo and his crew did a new slab-on-grade foundation with block wall and concrete apron for a new detached garage we were building. They worked with me on insulation for in-slab radiant heat and auto lift footings. Their work exceeded expectations and they were a pleasure to work with - highly skilled and meticulous about details. Would refer to anyone looking for a quality product and good communication.

Santo Verto was a pleasure to do business with. Great correspondence, fast and accurate estimate. Santo and crew arrived on time and went above and beyond to accommodate last minute changes. Very nice job and cleanup was exceptional. I have been dealing with a few masons and Santo was a true professional and expert tradesman.
