I had a replacement HVAC system installed by Vertex Heating and Cooling and had a great experience. Juan explained everything clearly. He and his team were professional throughout, and cleaned up completely after the job. Highly recommend!

I called Juan Alvarez about 9am on a Monday morning as we had been without heat over the weekend. Juan came to my house by 10:30am and assessed the situation. He realized what the problem was and explained it clearly. He was very fair with his pricing and very helpful. I will certainly have him return to do regular maintenance checks and upkeep on our system. He has a very organized system of business. Professional, punctual, highly responsive and transparent pricing with clear communication. My motor blower went out during Labor Day weekend. I contacted a company that had serviced my unit in the past years, but they only had availability for the following week. At this point, my home was reaching the high 80s. Vertex with the save!! AC started acting weird last night and my house wasn’t cooling properly. Went outside and my pipes were freezing over, so turned off the system and just started going thru process of elimination. Changed out the filters cause maybe it’s an air flow issue and nothing. Went to turn on the system this morning and got absolutely nothing, no flow and pipes began to freeze again. So called around and couldn’t get anyone out here till end of day today. I did not wanna wait that long especially with a pet in the house.
