Veteran Air Duct Cleaning Of League City

Called Veteran because they were located in League City. The service person showed up late but that wasn’t the issue. They sent someone from some no name company called Speedy Steam from Houston. They didn’t have a ladder. He had to borrow a cell phone charger to charge his phone so he could do the quote. Originally they had said he could perform the service the same day. It was clear this guy did not want to do that and couldn’t answer any of my questions or explain the process. I also did not feel comfortable that they sent someone from another company with a beat up work vehicle. Really disappointed.

Horrific service. The tech was rude refused to wait 2 minutes so I could put my dog away after he showed up 30 minutes earlier than his personal text stated he was showing up. Sent me a text at 11:58 that he’d be there at 12:30 and at 12:00 showed up. Asked for him to wait 2 minutes so I could put the dog away and he refused and left. Then his text messages after that were rude and definitely not customer focused. Never use this company unless overly aggressive and rude technicians is something you want showing up to your home.

When I asked for an estimate, they responded immediately. Rather than merely telling me to repair all of my ducts, their specialist arrived on time and looked into the situation thoroughly. It was simple to arrange a time for the work to be done, they arrived on time, and the work was finished quickly.

I’ll be recommending them to friends. They did not disappoint! 😄

Rocky did more than I expected and his work is top-notch!!! We will be calling them again next year for our annual cleaning session
