Management was professional fron initial appointment set up. Received a message with day and time, and name, picture of tech thay will be doing the job. The day of Tech called to confirm his arrival time within 30 minutes. Very professional, carpets look amazing, I also had my couch clean. I could not have asked for a better experience. Referring to everyone I know.

Zach showed up BEFORE my appointment time (he called first), and was done within an hour! He was very courteous and professional. My carpet never looked better! I'm totally impressed and will use Veteran Carpet Cleaning again!

I had a flood in my office and my area rug got damaged. This happened on December 30 I called all the carpet cleaning places and they couldn't get to it until the following week. One of the carpet cleaners who could not do my rug referred me to veteran. I called them and they were responsive answering my call right away. They got me on the schedule for Monday, January 2 when everybody was closed. The guy came out and made my rug carpet look brand new when he was done. I'm so thankful I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone as they are very reasonable, reliable, and radically responsive. Andrew (the guy who cleaned my rug ) has been doing this for 30 years and he really knows what he's doing. Thanks veteran carpet cleaning for an amazing experience.
