Veteran Cleaning Company provided exceptional service, leaving the office at our mechanic shop impeccably clean and refreshed. I initially went with this company due to them being veteran owned. They responded quickly and was able to come the following week. Upon completion, the sent photos and I immediately paid. When I came home, I noticed a lot of dirt still on the ground (could not see it in the pictures). Base boards were not cleaned and trash was still in a few rooms. We called them back so they could redo it. When they came back, we noticed they were using a used mop bucket (they didn’t even mop the first time). The “veteran” and wife were not there (as shown in their pictures). Instead, their niece and sister cleaned with little attention to detail and without clean items. I do not recommend this company.
