They offered a pipe-bursting solution and were completely transparent about the costs. Before the upgrade, our home relied on a gas furnace and a swamp cooler. The new heat pump integrates perfectly with our existing furnace and allowed us to remove the swamp cooler entirely. While the swamp cooler was inexpensive to run, we’re grateful to eliminate the maintenance—especially climbing onto the roof on hot days—and the dependence on outdoor air that was sometimes smoky or full of pollen.
