Natalie communicated with me the day before and again the morning of my move, which immediately put me at ease. Clear, proactive communication makes such a difference during a stressful time, and she absolutely delivered. On moving day, Tim, Carlos, and another gentleman (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) were incredible. They worked with speed, efficiency, and serious hustle — but never at the expense of care. They handled my belongings thoughtfully, stayed organized, and kept everything moving seamlessly. I found and chose this moving company due to their high ratings online. After hiring them and them helping us move I see why they are highly rated. Natalie did a great job walking us through their pricing and what to expect on moving day. She answered all of our questions and anddressed our concerns. We had done a cross country move that we felt we were taken advantage of, but Natalie gave us confidence this experience with them would be different. After the initial walk through of our home she was in constant communication with us. Tim, Allan and Carlos were our movers and they were very efficient in getting things out of our house. Absolutely amazing moving company! I recently used them for my move in FL to PA and they went above and beyond from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time, handled all of my furniture with so much care, and worked efficiently without ever making me feel rushed. They wrapped and protected everything, loaded the truck perfectly, and made the entire process stress-free. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the move. The pricing was fair, the communication was clear, and the service was honestly outstanding. Moving is a stressful time but Veterans Moving Group exceeded our expectations. Our move was to begin at 930 am and our moving team was there and ready to begin. Jose, Tyric and Dylan greeted us, introduced themselves professionally and then began to expertly wrap and pack our items. We have never seen such care in wrapping items and placing them in the moving truck so they would not break, scratch or dent. Jason provided an estimate and the end cost did not disappoint. Nothing hidden and I can assure you, he truly does care about the services his company provides. Pictures tell it better than words...the thoughtfulness, seriousness yet personable service.
