I write this as my husband and I get to now enjoy the morning sun coming through our windows thanks to Ryan and his amazing team. From start to finish, the professionalism and customer service was fantastic. They did even more than originally promised, just because it would look better and be safer for our family. They even left us some logs and placed them around our fire pit so we had more natural seating. My husband and I are both from up north, and I think this is the best company we have ever dealt with in Florida. Even watching them work was great, everyone is very pleasant to be around and you can tell they love what they do. I’ve worked with so many different contractors over the years, many were tree services. Veteran tree service puts them all to shame. Ryan was the nicest man I’ve ever met. My wife was the one who dealt with him primarily and he was incredibly respectful. Other contractors see a woman and try to take advantage (like the Firestone on 19 who said they did an oil change on her car but didn’t). Ryan is not that type of guy at all. He welcomed us to the neighborhood, gave us great information on what trees really needed to come down, and didn’t leave until the job was done. He’s the kind of guy I’d refer to my mother or grandmother because I know they’d be in good hands. I highly recommend veteran tree service.

From the initial estimate to the work and cleanup, this company was super professional, knowledgeable, timely and explained every process in detail. They took the utmost care to make sure they left minimal impact on the job site. We had them remove a MASSIVE (as thick as a Buick), old camphor tree from our back yard. Including the stump and massive roots. They had it gone like it never existed in a day and a half! They even worked in the dark which I did not expect they would or should but they really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed by that! Professional all around. And their bid was lower than all other estimates we got! We will definitely recommend this company to anyone we know who needs tree service! Five star service!
