Veteran Choice did a spring cleaning for me and I was completely satisfied with their work.The team was very professional from the time they stepped out of their vehicle,very impressed. I was able to sit down with John and he shared much knowledge about the work we are hoping to get done, thank you John you are truly the professional and set a good example for your employees and clients. Absolute -10 stars would be my rating if I could. Being a veteran myself, I fired my old lawn care company (due to poor service) and decided to hire veterans choice. First thing I noticed was their subpar customer service (which continued to go downhill throughout the approx. 6 months I used them). The owner finally came out, i explained what I needed done while I would be gone out of country due to work. I needed basic lawn cut, edged, and clippings blown once complete. I also needed the occasional weeds pulled once they appeared as well as 2 rose bushes trimmed and 4 very small round bushed trimmed when needed. He understood, we agreed and he proceeded to sell me overseeding, aerating, fertilization and weed control. Aerating and overseeding to be conducted within the next week and the o

John and his team did a fantastic job clearing leaves and gutters at our house. There was great communication throughout scheduling with the crazy weather we had, and what took my husband and I 4 solid weekends of work they took care of in an afternoon. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I was told someone would come by to quote me on the initial cut, and they just sat in their car the whole time, never bothered checking out the back yard and quoted me for $200 for initial cut. The day of the first cut they cut down one of black walnut saplings which I had clearly pulled weeds from around it to give a circular dirt patch. It was 1ft tall and they still mowed over it. I just got my second cut today which I paid an extra $50 for them to remove some yard waste which they left behind and they left grass clippings everywhere. They say they will clean it up and they didn't. Mr John had called me right away to discuss these problems and is very friendly. I was charged $100 for the first cut which I was okay with since Mr. Quan said it would cover the brush and weeds in the front fence part you see in the pictures below.(mind you I live on about .2-.5 acres of land) took them 15 minutes to cut the yard (which is okay because of how little the yard is) but in all honesty if I wasn't home I would have never known they where here. Also left my gate open my dogs got out, cut my wife's tomato plants down. The yard in the back was ankle deep as well. Just over all disappointed with the service. I also wasn't told they were coming today until I texted first.
