I definitely would not recommend Veterans Plumbing. It cost me over $6000.00 to fix my well 3 years ago that end up freezing two days before Christmas. And when I called all I got was a secretary and no return call. They took on a job that they were ill equipped to handle. I ended up getting another contractor to replace what they had done and did it the right way. For $3000. So technically they cost me $9000.00

ALL LISTED PHONE NUMBERS ARE UNRESPONSIVE. VETERANS REPALCED MY WELL PUMP IN NAZARETH IN SPRING OF 2021. IT HAS FAILED AND WOULD STILL BE UNDER WARRANTY, BUT CAN NOT PLACE A CLAIM AS THE INSTALLER IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PROCESS CLAIM. UNTIL THIS POINT SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC. I HOPE THIS IS SEEN FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE.

Update: Called Robert to adjust the sediment filter their company had installed. I couldn’t get it open to change the filter. I called about five times to ask for someone to come out. No one ever called or came. I am sorry I ever did business with Robert. I had to call another plumber to fix my issue. I was also told that I was taken on the sediment filter and that it won’t solve my issue. This was my savings. I posted a message on Angie’s list a few months back for water heater install. I had bad sediment buildup in my barely 5 year old water heater. The old one was installed from the county for a rehab program and badly installed by the county and they messed up with the electrical that didn’t match a normal install and the voltage etc. So, I was worried what I was in for. Reached out requesting a quote for whole house water softener system installation. Received a call back by the end of the day where we discussed some quick questions about our home and an estimate based on those questions. Rob arranged to come by the next morning to review in person. Though an emergency call from another customer prevented him from arriving by the arranged time he remained in touch to update me on when he would arrive. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to start immediately and finish the next day after obtaining a special part to accommodate our home’s infrastructure. We will be using Veteran’s Plumbing going forward.

Robert Papaleo, owner of Veteran’s Plumbing had taken $675 from me as a deposit for a service that ended up not being necessary, with the agreement that he would refund my money should the new unit be unnecessary. I have been attempting to retrieve my deposit refund since early July. Countless texts, emails, phone calls, and Venmo refund requests have all gone unanswered. And now, Robert has moved and been evicted from his new residence, so neither myself nor my lawyer can contact him.
