My wife has a permanent handicap. Handicap individuals can park in the garage free. All was well till recently. Our car has a handicap Florida issued "licence plate", not a place card. In the past, that plate allowed us access without providing two forms of id. You now have to show a driver's license and the car registration, which makes no sense and can hold up entrance. The registration especially makes no sense as why would anyone go into garage with a stolen car to get free parking. The driver's license also proves nothing. The new rules are demeaning, and time consuming and is harassment.

Beware. Our credit card we use for trips got cloned here on the card swiper. Stinks, but we were prepared!

Looking for place to park. Overall 1 star rating turned me away
