Trustworthy and reliable. Laura and her team do miracles in my house. They clean, straighten, and leave the place spotless. We have three dogs and they manage to leave the place spotless. Always willing to work with me if I need to change dates or add services. Very professional, always pleasant. Laura is very accommodating and always greets me with a smile! This is a family run business with excellent service! Laura and her staff are professional and always on time. They do an amazing job of cleaning my home and removing all of the dog hair as we have a pet that sheds often. I have used this cleaning service for quite a number of years (over 3) but will no longer use or recommend them. Laura suddenly decided to stop cleaning my home because I was honest with her that the quality of my weekly cleanings had deteriorated greatly. The team used to clean my house well but then things changed. They broke multiple items in my home over the years that I cannot get replaced and they “speed clean” which is a complete waste of money to pay for a cleaning service. Use another company because this one will leave you frustrated and make excuses for why things were not cleaned or why dirty rags were left on furniture that they used to clean your house. They are also often late, change their schedule last minute, will leave the lights on in your house after leaving and the do

Absolutely love this business. Very responsive, very thorough, and have become a part of our family! They’re better than cleaners. They organize. They help. They’ve even brought my packages in from outside or helped this new mom with baby stuff. They have no rigid routine. It’s whatever needs to be done. I can’t recommend Laura and Co.enough!
