Josh/ Ken and the office staff were very thorough. Kept us informed every step of the way. Fast and efficient. The crew the day of was professional. The whole process was done in less than a week from the consultation to the finished product. Thank you to the whole team.

We had a ~5k sq foot roof re-done after 20 plus years. Victor’s Home Solutions was our choice. Having had roofs replaced on other houses in the past we knew exactly what we wanted and Victors did exactly that and replaced two skylights. Ken, Josh and Samantha were Awesome! The Team started the day on Samantha’s projected schedule as promised. Josh arrived with his Team and immediately started and everyone knew their assigned role and worked at a steady safe pace. Ken explained all the details and answered our questions and concerns in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. They planned two days but complete a monster job in one day and clean- up was exceptional with the help of BG Trailer Rental. BG was very concerned and capable with zero damage to our lawn and plants.

DO NOT EVER USE VICTORS The salesman was great. Had a skylight replacement and chimney flashing. Chimney is good. The crew that did the skylight replacement were terrible. Showed up just before dark, installed as fast as they could. It looked terrible. Left my gate open and mess in the living room. Ken fixed the inside. It’s good enough. At almost 10,000 dollars for skylight replacement and chimney flashing, this was awful service. But when the general manager said “we charge that much because we are the ‘white glove’ service of roofing”, it almost made me laugh. Never ever ever ever use Victors. They did give me 500 bucks off (I asked for 1000). And when I asked for an itemized list of what I paid for, they literally said, and I’m NOT JOKING, “our company does not do itemized lists.” P

Start to finish-- excellent job! From Jeremy coming out and inspecting my roof and getting the ball rolling, to Stephanie in the finance office and Dakota's crew that did the labor, everything was great. The crew showed up on time and worked crazy hard to get my old girl all prettied up🙂. Clean up was superb, Dakota kept me updated all day. The one minor hiccup was fixed quickly and I appreciate you all very much!!

Hiring Victors for our roofing work was a breeze. I was impressed from start to finish with the clear analysis, no pressure options for solutions that were provided, and the professional level of communication from everyone involved. Ken and Josh were great to work with on site and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
